The Day I Decided
to Fix This.
"I watched talented creators wait months to get paid. I watched brands invest and get the wrong creators. I thought — someone has to fix this. So I did."
My name is Rohan. I'm the founder of collab4u — and I built this from scratch, alone, because I saw two injustices happening simultaneously in India's creator economy that nobody was addressing.
On one side, creators — genuinely talented people with real audiences and real influence — were constantly being asked to produce content first and get paid later. Post-paid models. Delayed settlements. Broken promises. Creators were being treated as a commodity, not as partners.
On the other side, brands were spending serious money on creator campaigns and getting average results — because the matching process was broken. Agencies were assigning creators based on follower counts and availability, not based on genuine brand-creator alignment. Campaigns felt forced. Audiences could tell. ROI was disappointing.
I founded collab4u with a single mission: to build a system where creators are paid first, brands are matched perfectly, and every campaign delivers results that both sides are proud of. Not an agency. A system. Built on trust, precision, and accountability.
